There are a few small kitchen appliances that I think everyone needs in their home. These items make living a healthy lifestyle even easier! Anything that will help save time and stress is a win in my book. Check out my top picks below!
#1: Coffee Machine
Whether you prefer a regular coffee pot or an espresso machine, having a way to make coffee at home will help you control the ingredients in your morning cup. Not to mention it will save you time and money!
#2: Rice Cooker
This is one of my favorite (most underrated item) appliances. Cooking rice and quinoa can be SO tricky and time-consuming. With the rice cooker, you just throw in the rice and water, push a button and let it cook. Voila! Perfectly cooked rice and quinoa every. single. time.
#3: Crock Pot
This OG time saver truly does change the game if you are short on time in the evenings. Being able to come home to an already cooked dinner is the best feeling after a busy day! Throw your ingredients into the crockpot before you head out for the day, turn it on and you are good to go! Check out a couple of recipes that we always have on my Instagram.
#4: Blender
A blender is such a versatile appliance. You can use it to blend up a delicious smoothie, salad dressings, soups, sauces, you name it. Certain types of blenders can also be used as a food processors. This is by far our most used appliance. We have a Vitamix. I know it is an investment but it has been well worth every penny!
#5: Air Fryer
If you have never used an air fryer, they are soooo fun!! Everything comes out perfectly crispy just as if you had actually fried them. How awesome! By using the air fryer, you can enjoy the foods you want to enjoy in a healthier way.
