I don’t know about you but when I decided to start being “healthier” I had NO CLUE where to start.
I googled random things trying to figure it out but it left me even more confused. Everything was either super complicated or too extreme.
It wasn’t until I was in pharmacy school that I started to learn more about the way diet and lifestyle factors play a key role in our overall health. The most common chronic conditions are PREVENTABLE. Yep, you heard that right. Preventable. By making changes now you are making a huge impact on your health for the future. That sounds pretty worth it to me!
