Quick and Easy Stir Fry
One of my go to dinners is a quick and easy stir fry! You can use this as a base and customize the recipe to whatever you like or have in the fridge. The sauce is gluten and dairy free. So delious!

Stir Fry Sauce
- 1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger *optional
Stir Fry Base
- 1 lbs ground turkey
- 1 cup uncooked rice *may use any type of rice
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 2 cups brocoli
Cook the Rice
Boil 2 cups of water in a pot.
Once boiling, add the rice and reduce to a simmer.
Cover and let cook about 15-20 minutes.
Turn of heat and fluff rice with a fork.
Stir Fry
Brown the ground turkey with a dash of olive oil in a pan.
Once the ground turkey is almost cooked completely, add the carrots and brocoli.
Cover the pan and stir occasionaly for about 5-10 mintues.
In a seperate bowl, mix together soy sauce, maple syrup, water, and cornstartch.
Once the ground turkey and veggies are cooked, turn the heat to low and stir in the sauce.
Continuously stir the mixture for 2-3 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
Serve stir fry over cooked rice.
