Blueberry Banana Green Smoothie

A creamy and delicious green smoothie packed with micronutrients, fiber, healthy fats, and protein!

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 whole frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup spinach *can sub for greens of your choice
  • 1/2 - 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk *can sub for liquid of your choice
  • 1 Tbs peanut butter
  • 2 tsps chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender.
  • Blend on high for 2 minute or until smooth.
  • Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!

Notes

*If you find that your greens are not blended well, try blending the liquid and greens first. Once they are blended, add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
