1/2 - 1cupunsweetened coconut milk*can sub for liquid of your choice
1Tbspeanut butter
2 tspschia seeds
1 scoopvanilla plant-based protein
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend on high for 2 minute or until smooth.
Pour into your favorite cup and enjoy!
Notes
*If you find that your greens are not blended well, try blending the liquid and greens first. Once they are blended, add in the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
