Immune Boosting Soup

Each ingredient in this soup plays a key role in supporting our body's immune system.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped celery
  • 3 cloves Chopped garlic
  • 1 lbs Ground turkey May substitute for chicken or beef
  • 4 Chopped carrots
  • 2 jars Fond chicken bone broth May substitute any brand of broth. (about 30 ounces)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 box Ancient harvest noodles
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3-4 cups kale May use any leafy green (kale, spinach, etc)

Instructions
 

  • Saute onion, celery, and garlic until the onion is translucent. It should smell very fragrant.
  • Add in ground turkey, salt, and pepper.
  • Brown turkey until thoroughly cooked.
  • Add carrots and sautee for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add bone broth and water.
  • Bring everything to a boil.
  • Add noodles and kale. Stir everything together and bring back to a boil.
  • Cover pot and turn the heat down to a simmer.
  • Simmer for about 20 minutes. Noodles should be cooked through.
